Plumber

Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen equipment, visually inspect assets, and operate utility shut-offs. Maintain inventory, requisition parts, and use the Lockout/Tagout system before working. Test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical components, and guestroom items, including painting, drywall, and landscaping. Program TVs, perform general housekeeping, and input air handler schedules on computers. Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and ensure a professional appearance while supporting team goals.
