Job Summary
Supervise commercial plumbing service technicians in the field, coordinating daily service calls, schedules, and assignments while providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support. Monitor job progress, workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, assisting with complex service issues and communicating professionally with customers, property managers, and facilities personnel. Coach and develop service technicians, manage productivity, documentation, and materials, and work closely with office leadership to support department growth. Requires a journeyman plumber license and proven leadership experience. Based in Austin, Central Texas, offering 90,000 base salary, company vehicle, and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commercial plumbing service experience
- Journeyman plumber license or equivalent level of experience
- Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring service technicians
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple technicians and service calls
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- A professional, dependable, and leadership-focused approach
- Previous field supervision or service management experience
