Job Summary
Resolve maintenance issues across guest accommodation and village buildings by carrying out inspections, planned preventative maintenance, and completing repairs. Report defects and assist with general technical tasks while delivering excellent customer service. Respond to maintenance callouts and handle out-of-hours issues during late shifts. Work part-time between 6am and 2pm with a guaranteed minimum of 75 hours over four weeks, including early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays. This role includes premium Sunday rates and an on-call rotation for operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- NFQ Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Plumbing, Pipefitting or equivalent (i.e. National Craft Certificate)
- Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
- Previous trade experience (electrical or mechanical)
- Excellent customer service skills
