Job Summary
Plumber role delivering plumbing services in social housing across London. Responsibilities include maintenance, repairs, and installations (boilers, radiators, showers), bathroom fitting, regular inspections, responding to emergency call-outs (burst pipes, flooding), completing tasks to deadlines and quality standards, collaborating on planned and reactive maintenance, maintaining accurate records of works, providing excellent tenant service, ensuring health and safety on site, fault diagnosis and high-standard repairs, liaising with office to order materials, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. Requires City & Guilds/NVQ plumbing qualifications and proven plumbing experience; full UK driving licence; flexible on-call evenings.
Required Qualifications
- City & Guilds Plumbing Level 2/3 (or equivalent)
- NVQ in Plumbing or Heating
- Proven experience as a plumber
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance procedures
- Full UK driving license
