Job Summary
Plumber with CIPP specialization sought to perform maintenance and repair in occupied residential and multifamily environments, including learning and applying CIPP lining techniques. Responsibilities include repairing and replacing toilets and domestic water lines, clearing blockages by snaking waste lines, and working safely in confined spaces. Must be comfortable traveling out of state up to ~15 weeks/year. Requires hands-on plumbing experience, ability to work in tight spaces, and bilingual Spanish-English communication. Preferred experience with smaller diameter cast iron piping and familiarity with Uponor or PEX piping systems; prior exposure to drain cleaning or pipe rehabilitation methods.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience (residential, multifamily, industrial, or maintenance-focused)
- Experience with plumbing repair and maintenance (not new construction installation)
- Ability to work in tight/confined spaces
- Willingness to travel out of state up to 15 weeks per year
