Job Summary
Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues, repair water conditioning and drinking water equipment, and install new water treatment systems. Educate customers on system use and care while building strong relationships and partnering with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service. Receive formal training to prepare for a successful technical career, utilizing optional prior mechanical or plumbing skills to support daily work. This role offers an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with hourly wages plus commissions, lead fees, and monthly bonuses. Full benefits, including medical and paid time off, begin after 60 days of employment. As part of Culligan International, you will contribute to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working with their hands
- Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined
- Have a valid driver's license
- Can lift 80 lbs
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shift, 5 days per week

- Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required)
