Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential applications while providing exceptional customer service and educating clients on their systems. Travel to job sites, coordinating closely with the dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process. Perform tasks including sewer and water service diagnostics, utilizing company-provided large tools and a vehicle, with personal tools managed via a tool account. Proficiency in sales and smartphone usage is required, along with a clean driving record and minimum five years of plumbing experience. This role offers top hourly pay with overtime and weekly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits including 401K, paid time off, and insurance plans.
