Job Summary
Develop and implement health pricing strategies, conduct actuarial analysis and modeling to support pricing decisions, collaborate with product teams to align pricing with business objectives, monitor market trends and regulatory changes, ensure regulatory compliance, improve pricing models and mentor junior actuaries, manage product-launch approvals (OIC/GPAC).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- ASA or continued professional education through actuarial exams is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health insurance pricing or related actuarial field
- Proficiency in actuarial software and tools (e.g., SQL, Prophet, Excel)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
