Job Summary
Perform complex laboratory analyses and method development in a GxP-regulated environment, including execution of analytical testing (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, Dissolution, UV/Vis, FTIR) and development/validation of analytical methods. Analyze and interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and prepare clear reports. Operate, maintain and calibrate instrumentation; document procedures and results in notebooks and LIMS. Participate in investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results, and contribute to SOP drafting and validation protocols. Provide training and mentorship to junior scientists and laboratory personnel. Strong communication and leadership skills, familiarity with LIMS and office software, and a solid understanding of GLP/GMP regulations. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 5-10 years of experience in a GxP laboratory.
