Clean kitchen surfaces, dishware, floors, and equipment including the dishwasher while adhering to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols. Empty trash bins, ensure all tools are functional and properly stored, and report equipment failures or product needs to the manager. Participate in meal service setup when required and maintain a safe work environment by following chemical handling procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear. This role requires a minimum of two eight-hour shifts between Monday and Friday, including one evening or night shift, plus two eight-hour shifts over weekends. We offer evening and night premiums ranging from $1 to $3, a 12% bonus, and opportunities for internal transfers and continuous training.
