Plongeur (F/H)

Conduct kitchen dishwashing, equipment maintenance, and storage organization under the supervision of the Head Chef. Control cleaning supplies inventory, ensure proper dosing, and report any equipment malfunctions or losses. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dish preparation zones, and storage spaces while adhering to HACCP hygiene standards and safety procedures. Collaborate with culinary teams and support other services as needed. Manage waste sorting and recycling in line with the establishment's environmental initiatives.
