Job Summary
Coordinate and lead teams of workers across multiple sites in the Antwerp region, ensuring tasks run efficiently according to schedule. Guarantee quality and safety on-site by enforcing regulations and monitoring material usage. Conduct daily reporting to the site leader while collaborating with other team leaders and departments. Resolve problems and make decisions to ensure project progress. Maintain smooth communication among all team members. This role requires experience in road and/or utility infrastructure work, a VCA certificate, and strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring in wegen en/of nuts/infra werken
- Goede leidinggevende en communicatieve vaardigheden
- In het bezit van een VCA-certificaat of bereid zijn dit te behalen
