Job Summary
Manage the Digital Transformation program by leading a multi-site team of architects and tech PMs to execute solution development for the 3DExperience platform from Dassault Systems. Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports to review work assignments, evaluate performance, and set yearly goals while overseeing resource allocation across projects. Prepare internal proposals, strategic plans, and budget forecasts, then present weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to stakeholders. Maintain relationships with vendors and business groups to drive accountability and secure buy-in for investment business cases. Own program risk across budget, quality, and delivery timelines by developing mitigation strategies and managing crisis situations. Attend Dassault conferences to stay updated on new offerings and implement proof-of-concept projects to drive operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in I.T., Engineering or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience managing a team of 4-8 direct reports
- Ability to create a tailored presentations for different types of audiences
- Comfortable presenting to large groups at various levels within the organization
- Minimum 10years of experience with Enovia 3DExperience platform
- Functional knowledge of 3DExperience Engineering Central, MBOM module, SAP Integration, and Change Management
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Functional knowledge of Delmia product portfolio from Dassault
- Solution development experience with Power BI, Snowflake, etc.
- Functional knowledge of ERP, CRM, SRM and MES system
