Job Summary
Manage the PLM Solution Development program by leading a multi-site team of architects and tech PMs for the 3DExperience platform delivery. Conduct regular 1:1s to review work assignments, evaluate performance, and set yearly goals while assigning resources in consultation with project managers. Prepare internal proposals, strategic plans, and budget forecasts, then present weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to stakeholders. Own execution of proof-of-concept projects, workshops, and software evaluations, and develop playbooks to drive operational efficiency. Coordinate crisis activities with business and extended groups, manage program risks across budget and timeline, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables. Travel for training, project planning, and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in I.T., Engineering or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience managing a team of 4-8 direct reports
- Ability to create a tailored presentations for different types of audiences
- Comfortable presenting to large groups at various levels within the organization
- Minimum 10years of experience with Enovia 3DExperience platform
- Functional knowledge of 3DExperience Engineering Central, MBOM module, SAP Integration, and Change Management
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Functional knowledge of Delmia product portfolio from Dassault
- Solution development experience with Power BI, Snowflake, etc.
- Functional knowledge of ERP, CRM, SRM and MES system
- Must be able to travel for training, project planning meetings and conference
