Job Summary
PLM Expert responsible for managing our Windchill PLM system across a global, multi-site environment. Lead PLM-related activities, assist with migration and data preparation, and develop training plans for the Applied business unit. Collaborate with IPTs to determine current and future PLM requirements, monitor industry developments, and propose changes to the PLM platform. Requires 5-10 years’ experience with Windchill PLM, experience deploying PLM in large multinational organizations, engineering change management, and proficiency with Creo/Solidworks/Inventor, SAP, and ERP systems. Strong communication, organizational skills, and English language proficiency are essential. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Travel up to 10%. Hybrid work model with 2–3 days in the office per week in Dublin, Ireland; relocation package offered for candidates moving from outside Ireland.
