Job Summary
Define and implement PLM to ALM integration strategies and architectures while designing integrations with enterprise systems and engineering toolchains. Plan and execute PLM migration projects, including data and process migration, and manage coexistence scenarios in heterogeneous landscapes. Analyze customer requirements to translate them into scalable technical solutions, ensuring integration, data quality, governance, and end-to-end traceability. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and innovation initiatives. This role offers international project exposure, specialized training, and a perfect work-life balance within the IT Solution Engineering Department in Timișoara.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Professional experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consulting
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter (product Lifecycle System), Siemens Polarion (Application Lifecycle System, or similar platforms
- Experience with systems and software development processes
- Experience with integrations between PLM, ERP, SCM
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
