Job Summary
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, develop solutions, and create statements of work and project plans for Windchill PLM and CAD applications. Plan and support monthly maintenance and upgrades for Windchill instances per product owner directives. Provide system administrative and business administrative services while resolving technical and functional issues in Windchill PLM and CAD tools including SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Mentor the support team to address complex CAD problems and resolve workflow issues. Maintain functional and technical documentation. This role supports multiple Windchill instances across Japan, China, and India, requiring proficiency in Japanese and English.
