Job Summary
Primary Plex ERP Administrator for multiple Powertrain Americas manufacturing plants and corporate functions. You configure Plex to support supply chain processes, security models, workflows, and EDI integrations; develop and maintain SQL/VisionPlex reports; manage MRP parameters and Procure-to-Pay cycles; partner with business leaders to align ERP configurations with global standards; drive ERP utilization and data integrity across Plex modules (Inventory, Production, Procurement, Job Management, Parts, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Accounting, Workflows); travel 30-65% and collaborate with supply chain leadership to close gaps between Plex capabilities and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Plex ERP experience in a manufacturing environment; multi-site or regional administration preferred
- Deep proficiency in Plex ERP — security model, module configuration, workflow design, and SQL/VisionPlex reporting
- Experience configuring and managing EDI trading partner integrations within Plex (ANSI X12 or EDIFACT is a plus)
- Track record of improving ERP data quality through governance and audit programs
- Travel 30-65%
