Job Summary
The RM II consults with members to identify needs and offer product solutions, and follows up on pending transactions. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of deposit and loan activities (open/close accounts, HELOCs, loan and Visa payments, transfers), recommending additional products and services, and meeting performance and revenue targets. The role involves coaching/mentoring other staff, potential leadership duties in management’s absence, and maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct. Notary and NMLS licensing are required. Emphasis on the member experience, fraud monitoring, compliance training, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions (Investments, Insurance, First Mortgages, Small Business lending, cash management, Autoland). Onsite relationship management at the Pleasanton, CA location with in-person member interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 18 months financial institution experience
- prior loan experience
- Notary
- NMLS Registered
- Strong knowledge of deposit/loan products
- Proficiency in PC operations (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
