Job Summary
Maintain all aspects of a production facility by troubleshooting, diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing industrial machines and equipment. Install and service systems including safety, energy delivery, communication, and process control while configuring HMIs and establishing process control strategies. Schedule maintenance for new and existing systems, perform preventive maintenance, and install electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections. Work with production personnel and vendors to resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues affecting production. Adhere strictly to plant and OSHA safety procedures. Requires at least three years of electrical experience, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial mechanics skills; includes light welding and fabrication. High school diploma or GED preferred.

- At least 3 years of electrical experience
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- At least 3 years of Process Control Systems experience
- At least 3 years in Industrial Mechanics
- Must be able to visually inspect machines
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds

- Light Welding and Fabrication
- Millwright experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Food manufacturing training
- Electrical Certification
