Job Summary
PLC Maintenance Specialist responsible for providing technical support to ensure production lines and plant equipment are operational; troubleshoot, repair, and maintain process PLCs, control systems and related computers; work with Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal platforms; read drawings and schematics, configure and modify PLC programs, document actions, support preventive maintenance, safety, and capital projects; assist with downtime analysis, KPI goals, and coordinate with contractors; may require travel (domestic/international) and shift flexibility; must adhere to safety policies, 5S, and training standards; strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; prior Tier-1 automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- 4 Year Degree or comparable background of work-related experience related discipline preferred
