Job Summary
Lead automation projects in a food-manufacturing plant, driving PLC programming and system design from scratch, managing HMI/SCADA development, and collaborating with OT engineers to optimize network and cybersecurity compliance. Responsibilities include setting up VM environments, maintaining PLC programs and documentation in SAP, working with Rockwell and Fanuc robotics, exploring AI/ML-driven automation improvements, implementing IIoT and predictive maintenance, coordinating large-scale automation upgrades, and ensuring OSHA/NEC/FDA/GMP compliance while training others.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of pneumatic systems and automated control applications
- Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts safely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting
