Job Summary
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to build teacher capacity for career and college readiness. Collaborate with school leadership to identify improvement priorities, facilitate professional development, and design professional learning communities. Analyze data from common formative assessments to inform instructional planning and implement school-wide intervention pyramids. Assist with Title I budget processes, conduct internal audits for ESEA compliance, and develop School Improvement Plans. Research and model best practices while collecting artifacts to monitor team progress and ensure alignment with district standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related area
- 5 years classroom teaching experience
- Current teachers must have a TEM level 3, 4 or 5
- Valid Tennessee teaching license
- Endorsement appropriate to grade level
