Job Summary
PLBA Student Analyst provides hands-on direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments, implementing behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs under supervision, collecting accurate data, monitoring treatment hours to meet 85% of authorized services, contributing to client-specific treatment plans, collaborating with technicians, supervisors, and caregivers, developing programs and materials, assisting with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and supporting assessments to inform future treatment goals. Requires Bachelor’s Degree and active enrollment in a BCBA/BCaBA program with RBT certification within 75 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire (45 days on model)
- Experience working with children/adolescents using ABA therapies
- Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles
- Experience applying behavior-analytic strategies to modify behavior
