Job Summary
Lead Scrum team operations and continuous improvement while managing technical program plans, progress, and issues for data infrastructure, common services, and development foundations. Coordinate cross-team projects and facilitate collaboration between Japanese and overseas development units to deliver large-scale agile initiatives. Drive stakeholder alignment and project advancement across global teams supporting PlayStation online services. Gain experience leading medium-to-large projects involving multiple teams while leveraging English for international communication.
Required Qualifications
- 英語を用いた海外チームとの業務経験
- 小~中規模(5~10チームが関わる規模)のプロジェクトをリードした経験
- スクラムによるソフトウェア開発経験
- チームリードまたはプロジェクトリードの経験
- 関係者と円滑に連携し、プロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション能力
Desired Qualifications
- スクラムマスターとしてチーム運営・改善を推進した経験
- Scrum Master認定資格など、アジャイル関連資格
- クラウド、データ基盤、共通サービス、開発基盤領域に関する知識・経験
- サーバーアプリケーションやネットワークサービスに関する知識・経験
- 語学力
- 海外チームとの業務遂行が可能な英語力
- TOEIC 800点以上相当の英語力
