Playmaker

Lead interactive games on the Playground floor as a Playmaker, guiding guests through game mechanics with clear explanations, coaching teams, and maintaining a fun, fair, and energetic atmosphere. Monitor gameplay flow, safety, and energy, adjust approaches on the fly, collaborate with teammates, track guest insights, and contribute ideas to improve engagement and guest satisfaction. Participate in team huddles and ongoing training to consistently bring your best to every shift in a high-energy, front-and-center role.
