Job Summary
Experienced foreman responsible for supervising playground installation projects. Leads daily/weekly planning, ensures adherence to specifications, oversees labor crews, tracks hours and safety, coordinates with general contractors and project managers, conducts safety meetings, and manages project communications. Must be proficient in using multiple manufacturers’ equipment (LSI, Gametime, Kompan), operate mini excavators and skid steers, read drawings/elevations, and travel overnight as required. Senior role requiring strong leadership, site safety, scheduling, and client relations skills. Wages offered at $30-$40/hour with prevailing wage options, plus benefits; seasonal full-time position based in the Boston area and Marshfield, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma minimum
- Minimum of 5 years of playground installation
- Valid drivers license with good record
- Hydraulic license, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- CDL Class A or Class B preferred
- DOT Medical card required
- Ability read and follow drawing, grading/elevations
- Ability to use mobile work order software
- Excellent communications skills including client relations
- Must be willing to travel and stay overnight for durations of 5 days or more
- CSPI and or NPCAI Certification preferred
