PLAYERS CLUB SUPERVISOR

The Players Club Supervisor oversees player tracking, front desk and casino-floor customer service, and Players Club employees. Responsibilities include entering players into the tracking system, managing promotions and drawings, answering phones, assisting customers with questions, ensuring policy/regulatory compliance, generating and reviewing reports, training staff, handling cash and ticket procedures, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality, and ensuring a safe, clean department. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, publish reports for management, and train staff are essential. The role requires adaptability to nights, weekends, and holidays and compliance with Tribal, Federal, and State regulations, including NIGC and IGRA standards.
