Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service by responding to Players Club inquiries, maintaining data entry and issuing Players Club cards, and delivering an entertainment experience to Express Bus passengers as needed. Utilize the Player Tracking System to redeem Club points for cash and merchandise; print and update player data, inform guests of promotions and club rules, and load buses using the reservation manifest. Requires strong customer relations, keyboarding skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel; prior gaming environment exposure preferred. Shift is late swing with weekend requirements; full-time, non-exempt status. Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License; DOT testing is required for Driver role. Snoqualmie Tribal preference applies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- Experience in Customer Service
- Word, Email, and Excel proficiency tests
Additional Requirements
- DOT panel testing required for Driver position
- Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission may be required
- Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring
