Job Summary
Under the direction of the Players’ Club Supervisor and Players’ Club Manager, solicits and identifies new gaming customers for the Players’ Club program; maintains customer information with high standards of data entry and guest relations; assists with mobile sign-ups for guests on the casino floor; greets and interacts with guests in a courteous and professional manner; promotes the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino through enthusiastic, helpful interactions; maintains up-to-date knowledge of the player tracking system, promotions, events, and general property information; creates and issues Players’ Club cards and promotes related promotions; ensures data entry integrity and protection of customers’ rewards and credit lines; demonstrates commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service; adheres to company mission and values; follows ethics policies and reports concerns as needed; performs other duties as assigned; must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English; background checks may be required as part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six (6) months guest service, telemarketing or retail sales experience
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Knowledge of player tracking system or promotions
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
