Job Summary
Part-time Players Club Clerk who greets and assists customers at the loyalty program, provides member services, tracks account information, assists with special events and promotions, and participates in staff activities. Requires GED or high school diploma, prior customer service experience, and ability to obtain/maintain the tribal gaming license; capable of working in a fast-paced casino environment with exposure to smoke and bright lights, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong oral communication, excellent customer service, problem solving, and quick learning are essential; physical mobility to maneuver in casino/office environments.
Required Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license
