Players Club Attendant

Enroll guests into the Players Club, issue tickets for events, and print guest comps while greeting all guests promptly at the club area. Actively offer enrollment into the tracking system, explain rewards, and issue meal, show, and gift comps. Promote entertainment events, change signs and marquees, and track player activity via the current system. Sell and issue tickets for various events, conduct Gift Shop sales, and complete associated paperwork. Assist guests at the Coat Check, perform gaming floor promotions, and distribute vouchers to bus patrons. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and Players Club area. May work in the Marketing office, parades, entertainment center, or other locations as assigned.
