Job Summary
Primary responsibility is to serve as the casino's player development specialist, building relationships with players to foster loyalty; supports marketing programs to disseminate information and create a positive image; maintains confidential player records; assists with marketing program functions; handles box office ticket sales and logo retail sales; records and reports suspicious activity per Bank Secrecy Act and internal controls; requires High School Diploma and one year of customer service experience. Involves in-person duties at Feather Falls Casino in Oroville, CA, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and 401K with match.
Required Qualifications

- One years’ experience in customer service
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
