Job Summary
Assist guests with all Player Rewards Program transactions, promoting membership and educating patrons on member benefits and privileges. Create new player club accounts for new members, access account information for existing members, and review player account details to address questions regarding status, tier level, and offer qualification. Support slot tournaments while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Requires a high school diploma or GED, Mississippi Gaming Permit, and excellent mathematical and communication skills. Must be 21 years of age.
