Job Summary
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via email, chat, phone, social media and other online platforms for Indonesian- and English-speaking customers. Handle multiple concurrent interactions while addressing frequent start-and-stop inquiries, identify and advise on technical issues in gaming-related contexts (games, mobile apps, consoles), and communicate trends to the team based on testing. Requires bilingual Indonesian-English communication, strong soft skills, and the ability to understand games from a gamer’s perspective to deliver troubleshooting support across gaming devices; must be a team player with a keen interest in games.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in Indonesian and English
- Ability to communicate Indonesian and English via email/chat/phone
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service quality utilizing soft skills
- Able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective and give in-depth gaming and smartphone/apps/PC/console troubleshooting support
- Ability to solve and analyze information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelines
- Team player
