Job Summary
Supervises Cage/Player Services team at ilani in Ridgefield, WA, delivering exceptional guest service across slot ticket redemption, chip redemption, check cashing, and related cage operations; enforces gaming regulations and internal controls to safeguard assets; monitors business demands, and adjusts staffing; assists the Cage Shift Manager with day-to-day operation, training and counseling of employees, and takes on Cage Shift Manager duties in their absence; emphasizes superior guest service and maintains positive relationships across departments; requires a High School Diploma or GED, money-handling experience, strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills, ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs, and availability for Swing shifts; located in the United States on a smoking-enabled, health-conscious work environment with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a team environment
- Basic computer input skills
- Previous money-handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures
- Shift Schedule: Swing (6:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.)
- Experience supervising others and training staff
- Knowledge of gaming/casino regulatory rules and internal controls
