Job Summary
Check guests in and out, assist with player rewards transactions, and update reward information. Explain games, contests, and promotional giveaways to guests while reading group resumes and overseeing daily group activities. Perform credit and cash transactions, issue player cards, and complete shift closings including dropping cash, checking payments, and securing the bank. Offer bell assistance to arriving and departing guests. Requires a state gaming license, one year of front desk or customer service experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand 100% of the time. Full-time and part-time roles available at Gate City Casino.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk or customer service
