Player Services Coordinator

Deliver exceptional guest service across multiple resort areas and be a key first contact for guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests at Guest Services, enrolling members into the loyalty program, handling inquiries and promotions through the Player Services Contact Centre, supporting reservations and ticket sales for concerts and events, welcoming groups, and coordinating with Box Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, problem-solving, promotion execution, and collaboration with various teams. Ideal candidates bring strong communication and customer service skills, comfort with software applications, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
