Job Summary
Oversee a team of guest-service staff at Wheeling Island Casino to ensure guest needs are met and operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include supervising team members, implementing marketing plans, executing promotions and giveaways, developing logs and maintaining stock of materials, resolving guest complaints promptly, maintaining confidentiality of guest interactions and records, and conducting training, evaluation, and scheduling with annual reviews. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in guest services; familiarity with casino marketing systems is preferred; ability to obtain a state gaming license; and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Shift requirements include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
