Job Summary
Role involves reviewing member accounts for signs of harm and triggering internal controls, applying affordability checks, and making risk-based decisions to intervene. You will handle inquiries from members via phone, email, and occasionally live chat; resolve complaints per procedures; act as a subject matter expert in safer gambling; and maintain precise records of observations and actions. Requires robust investigative, risk analysis, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Initial probation period is four months with onboarding and shadowing, after which you transition to a permanent night schedule. The position is based in Stoke-on-Trent, UK, with hybrid working arrangement.
