Job Summary
Player Development Professional responsible for delivering engaging, progressive golf coaching programs and events. Lead swing assessments, lessons, clinics, and on-course play to improve member skills, retention, and participation. Build strong relationships with members, plan junior/adult/beginner coaching programs, drive new member growth, and organize outreach events to activate golfers. Maintain professionalism, follow safety guidelines, and pursue relevant certifications to ensure program quality and member satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- PGA/LPGA Professional Certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in golf instruction (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- PGA/LPGA Professional Certification
- Previous experience in golf instruction
- Strong understanding of golf fundamentals and player development concepts
- Ability to work effectively with golfers of all ages and skill levels
