Job Summary
Coaches golfers across all ages and skill levels through swing assessments, lessons, clinics, and on-course play; builds strong member relationships and drives participation in coaching programs, events, and junior/adult/social coaching; enhances player performance through customized instruction and club fitting; plans and executes programs to meet participation goals and supports membership growth and retention; maintains professionalism, safety guidelines, and required certifications while collaborating with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Passion for playing golf and helping others improve
- Strong interest in swing mechanics, athletic movement, and golf technology
- Engaging, approachable personality with the ability to build confidence and connection in students
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
