Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with high-value casino guests to increase loyalty, retention, and revenue. Deliver exceptional guest service, promote casino amenities and rewards programs, and coordinate personalized experiences to encourage repeat visits. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality, utilizing CRM software and gaming knowledge to meet performance goals. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and Class III Gaming License. Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License and TIPS Certification
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, casino operations, or a related field
- Knowledge of casino gaming operations and host liquor laws
