Job Summary
Player Development Executive focused on expanding Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s guest base and incremental gaming revenues by leveraging an established book of business; responsibilities include maintaining guest relationships, soliciting and promoting casino products and promotions, telemarketing to inactive customers, updating guest history, issuingPlayer’s Club cards, coordinating special services and events, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations while delivering a high-energy, guest-focused entertainment experience. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, marketing knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office; candidates should present a professional, enthusiastic demeanor and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Preferred Bachelor’s degree fields and at least three years in executive-host-level player development, with the ability to travel within the property and manage sophisticated customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Player Development at the Executive Host level or above
- Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, team building, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional image and positive guest-service orientation
- Background check and compliance with gaming regulations
