Player Development Executive

Job Summary
Promote the casino facility to prospective members, develop and maintain relationships with patrons, and manage a high-volume player development program. Build guest loyalty by servicing members, explaining Club benefits, coordinating high-end events, maintaining player databases and comp inventories, and delivering data-driven insights. Work closely with leadership and other departments to meet sales/goals, stay informed on promotions and events, recruit and register new members, and ensure compliance with Title 31 and KYC guidelines. Requires strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn the Players Club system; role involves evenings, weekends, and holidays within a casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license (incl. FBI background check)
- Must pass drug testing and background checks
- Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred (preferred)
- Casino experience preferred
- 5+ years hospitality experience preferred
