Job Summary
The Player Development Casino Host is responsible for providing excellent guest service by meeting and greeting guests on the casino floor and maintaining relationships with high-value players. Key tasks include responding efficiently to guest requests, providing solutions to guest issues, and offering accommodations and complimentaries based on established guidelines. The role demands strong communication and organization skills, with a commitment to achieving contact quotas and facilitating promotional offers. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possessing at least two years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years’ experience in sales, customer service, casino host or marketing role
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Self-starter and motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to operate mobile applications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing or gaming-related field
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays
