Job Summary
Maintain professional appearance and monitor course cleanliness while advising guests on conditions, pace of play, and local rules. Communicate with the Pro Shop and Starter regarding pace concerns and assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed. Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play across Monarch Beach Golf Links and implementing all course policies. Perform other duties as assigned. This role supports the Pro Shop and Outside Staff within a hospitality-focused property organization.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Must be dependable
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred
