Job Summary
As a key member of the operations team, the Player Assistant is responsible for monitoring the pace of play on the golf course while providing high-quality customer service in a friendly and helpful manner. Key responsibilities include maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring a reasonable pace of play, communicating with the Pro Shop, monitoring course cleanliness, advising guests on course conditions, and implementing course policies as communicated by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Must be dependable
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred
