Job Summary
Play Team Member at Defined Fitness Play team, part of the Kids Club, responsible for ensuring children’s safety and providing a fun, educational environment. Duties include creating creative and educational activities, maintaining a clean and sanitized play area, interacting with children and parents, documenting incidents, managing drop-off/pick-up, and upholding safety as the top priority. Requires experience with children ages 10 months to 12 years, strong communication, CPR/AED certification, and PC literacy.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience working with children ages 10 months to 12 years of age
- Must have a valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, on your first day of employment and maintain valid certification throughout employment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Must adhere to all safety rules and guidelines and take necessary precautions to ensure safety of all children in the Kids Club
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products
