Job Summary
Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences using evidence-based practices and positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA. Document session data to track treatment goals and collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments. Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting. This role offers a predictable schedule with part-time options of 2, 3, or 5 days per week, including opportunities to pick up Saturday hours. Pay ranges from $23.64 to $31.72 per hour based on experience. Candidates must be willing to obtain their BCAT credential within 90 days and consistently travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree
- Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days of your start date
- Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working with children
- Must be able to complete a post-offer background check
- Must be able to complete a motor vehicle report review
- Must be able to pass E-Verify
